I ordered a specific Teleflora arrangement online and specified “no substitutions”. The Crystal Springs designer called me almost immediately and explained that although they didn’t have the EXACT flowers in stock, she would do her best to replicate the style and colors to the best of her ability. Well, the recipient sent me a photo of the flowers the next day, and they were ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! Better than the pic online by far! I can’t wait to use Crystal Springs again in the future! BRAVA!
