There was a small hiccup with the arrangement I ordered for my granny's birthday, but the way it was handled completely turned the experience around. I called and sent a picture of what we received, and the representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful. Although I don't remember her name, she was transparent, understanding, and genuinely committed to making things right. She didn't hesitate to ensure I was happy as a customer, and I truly appreciated her outstanding customer service. Because of the way this was resolved, I will definitely be ordering from them again. Nice flower Bouquets and added chocolate and balloons. All wrapped and prepared beautifully. Delivered in time and card written as expected. They take the time to make it personal and I thank them for their service. I will use them again
