After a failed online order for sending someone flowers on a specific day.. I called Crystal Springs and asked if they by chance had same day delivery on a Saturday. They did! I had the most wonderful conversation with Valerie.. She had the florists create an arrangement for me and it was delivered within 2 hours of me ordering! I have my new favorite florist in Benton Harbor!
I was able to order a bouquet for a memorial service that I could not attend. I ordered by phone. The woman who took my order was very helpful. The flowers arrived early and were absolutely beautiful. Thank you!
