I was recommended to Crystal Springs by a friend. They did not disappoint. When taking my order over the phone, they were very thorough and before hanging up made sure everything was correct. I shortly thereafter received an order confirmation via email and another when my arrangement was delivered. I will add my sister, whose husband had passed the day before, went in to order his flowers. She was very emotional and the woman taking care of them brought them into a private room telling her to take her time and together they’d find what she wanted. I cannot express how thoughtful and kind everyone was. Flowers were beautiful. Highly recommend Crystal Springs.
Have always had great flower arrangements that last 7+ days. Friendly employees that remember who you are. Have never had any issues with this decades old florist. Live plants are exceptional any time of the year. I would highly recommend them.
My family has visited Crystal Springs for years! This was my first time ordering flowers through them, and it was a lovely experience. They have many arrangement options, and they even phoned me when the vase that was pictured in my chosen arrangement wasn't available and we discussed alternatives.
